Before paid launch
Paid kits currently marked Coming soon are not accepting payment. Final refund terms and business details will be published before those products open for purchase. Nothing on this page limits applicable statutory rights.
Digital delivery
The free application checklist is available from the CareerKit page. Future paid downloads are delivered after verified payment through your customer library and an access email. No physical goods are shipped.
Access problems
If a file is missing, broken, or not what the listing describes, contact support with your order reference. Keep a backup of your edited files. Do not share card details or sign-in links.
Payment concerns
If a payment appears duplicated or its confirmation is delayed, contact support before paying again. Refund processing, where approved or required, will be tracked against the original order and payment method.
Downloaded files
Refunding an order can revoke future library access. It cannot remotely remove a file already downloaded to your device.
